Problem Summary
Need to fix the following issues:
1. FI113 is not showing Sales Allowance under Sales Net even though the total Sales Net is correct:
2. Sales - FI Revenue is showing the wrong sign on FI100, FI110, FI113, and FI115 even though the total Sales Net is correct.
3. Reports are showing "-" if the field values is Null. Need to change it to "0'.

Detailed Problem Description
Need to fix below issues:
1. FI113 is not showing Sales Allowance under Sales Net even though the total Sales Net is correct.
2. Sales - FI Revenue is showing the wrong sign on FI100, FI110, FI113, and FI115 even tho the total Sales Net is correct.
3. Reports are showing "-" if the field values is Null. Need to change it to "0'.
Solution Analysis and Recommendations
1. Need to check the respective formulas to show the "Sales Allowances" details in the report.
2. Need to change the respective formulas in the report.
3. Need to check the FI Revenue field's Sign of Display option in the designer.
4. Need to check the "Show Zero Values as" option for the respective fields.

Resolution
1. Need to include respective measure filed in the Budget Formula to show the "Sales Allowances" field under "Sales Net" hierarchy.
2. Need to include the respective Account number in the "ToggleSalesOtherIncomeSign" formula.
3. Need to include the formula in the "Reverse Sign for Display" option.
4. Need to set "Show Zero Value as" to "Default format" to show the Null values as zeros in the respective fields in the report.
